Without knowledge and understanding of the Holiness of God, it is difficult to hate sin. It is also difficult to comprehend and understand the gravity of sin.
A. Tozer in his book, The Knowledge of the Holy, says : "We know nothing like the divine holiness. It stands apart, unique, unapproachable, incomprehensible, unattainable. The natural man is blind to it. He may fear God's power and admire His wisdom but His Holiness he cannot even imagine. It is an awful thing."
I testify to these words which describe the Holiness of God. This is because I once had a vision in which I caught a glimpse of the Holiness of God.
God is absolutely Holy with an infinite, incomprehensible fullness of perfect divine purity. In the very core of His Being, He is Holy. The true essence of His Being is Holiness. His Holiness is a brilliant supernatural whiteness that is fearful and divine; it is beautiful and everlasting and above anything anyone can imagine. Distinctly separate from anything that is not itself, it is clearly and absolutely perfect, incorruptible, undefiable and superior.
It is impossible for anything evil to reside in the Holiness of God. For this reason, sin cannot live in the presence of God's Holiness. The Holiness of God, in its true nature, naturally preserves itself from being p
